How do I change my email address?

Go to your profile, click “Edit Account,” and update your email. You’ll receive a confirmation message.

What if I forgot my password?

Click “Forgot password?” on the login screen, enter your email, and follow the link we send to reset it.

How do I update my phone number?

From your dashboard, go to “Account Settings” and edit the phone number field.

Why is my account suspended?

Accounts may be suspended for abuse or violating our terms. Contact support to resolve your case.

How can I remove an artist from my plan?

Go to “Artists,” select the one to remove, and click “Delete.” This action is final.

Can I change the account currency?

No. All payments and reports are handled in USD.

Does WavesHit offer a referral program?

Not yet, but we’re working on new ways to reward our community.

Is there a subscription fee?

No. WavesHit is completely free. We only keep 20% of the royalties you earn.
